Cancellations

Kindly observe our 48 hours notice for all changes or cancellations. 

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $75

 

No Shows

All no-show appointments will be charged in full.

Arriving late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

You will be responsible to pay for the entire scheduled session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers,

please plan accordingly and be on time or arrive a few minutes early.

 

Discounts and Specials

Only one discount per session/per client, may not be combined or transferred.

Please cancel/reschedule if you or anyone in your household are actively sick, have recently had any symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, loss of taste/smell, runny nose) or have potentially been exposed to anyone who has been recently diagnosed with Covid 19.
